To help the respirarion of the patients who under clinical anesthetic treatment or in emergent rescue and improve their respiration function.
Prior to intubation, deflate the cuff completely.
After intubation, inflate the cuff using the minimum volume of air required to provide an effective seal.
Immediately after cuff inflation, auscultate both lung fields. If breath sounds diminished over one lung field or absent over one or both fields, adjust the tube as required.
Endotracheal tube placement should be confirmed by viewing the position of the tube tip with a chest radiograph.
Sterilized with ethylene oxide.
Single use only.
Sterile unless package is opened and damaged.
Protect from direct exposure to light.Keep in cool and dry condition.
Endotracheal tube with suction lumen
a. This product can do continuous suciton of subglottic secretions, reducing the clinical effect of exogenous infection and sedimentary incidence of pneumonia.
b. Integral suction lumen can help avoid hurting vocal cord compared with ordinary suction catheter. Ordinary suciton catheter has to run through the glottis and trache, which will lead to visible injury on glottis and trache, and may result in bleeding and aphasia for serious situation.
c. tube made from Non-toxic PVC, latex free
d. PVC tube contains DEHP. DEHP FREE tube is available
e. Cuff its great length reduces mucosal irritation by pressure distribution against a wider area of tracheal tissue and provides improved protection against micro aspiration of fluid along the cuff
f. Cuff it vertically provides elasticity against the tube shaft in order to buffer short-term intratracheal pressure(e.g. coughing), keeping the tube in correct position
g. transparent tube allows indentification for condensation
h. radio opaque line through the tube length for X-ray visualisation
i. gently rounded, drawn in tracheal tube tip for atraumatic and smooth intubation
j. softly rounded Murphy eyes in tube tip is less invasive
k. in blister packing, single use, EO sterilization
